This latest portrait series was the first one I’ve done in nearly two years. This time around instead of shooting film, I shot the entire project fully digital with a Canon 7D. This project was inspired by Wu-Tang’s “Ice Cream,” summer time and southern girls. Originally, I wanted to focus on the essence of the song (French Vanilla, Butter Pecan, Chocolate Deluxe and Caramel Sundae) but I hope to continue shooting this project utilizing different “flavors.”
